How do I create an account?

Enter your email on the sign-up screen and we send a one-time link. There is no password to create, remember or leak — the link signs you in, and expires after 15 minutes.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No. You can deposit, trade and withdraw without identity checks. Verification raises limits when you want them raised; it is not a gate on the account.

Where can I trade?

In the web app at /user, which installs to a phone home screen or a desktop like an app. It keeps working offline, reading the same account it last loaded.

How do I deposit?

Open Deposit, choose the asset, then the network. The address and its network are shown together — sending on a different network is the one mistake that cannot be recovered.

My deposit has not arrived.

Accepted Answer

Deposits credit after the network's confirmations. Arbitrum and Base usually land inside a minute; Ethereum can take longer when it is busy. Every deposit and its status is listed on Assets.

Can I withdraw?

Yes — you can withdraw to any crypto wallet, on any network the exchange carries. Funding is the only source, so move collateral across first if it sits in Trading; the minimum and the network fee are shown before you confirm.

What does trading cost?

Maker and taker fees are shown on the ticket before you submit, and someone copying a trader keeps a share of the profit they make you. PRIME holders pay less on every fill, which is the main reason to hold the tier.

What is a perpetual?

A contract that tracks an asset's price with leverage and never expires. You post margin, and a funding rate is exchanged between longs and shorts every few hours while the position is open.

Which order types can I use?

Limit orders rest at your price until they fill, market orders fill immediately at the best available price, and the ticket sizes a position in percentages of your balance so you never have to do the arithmetic under pressure.

When does a position get liquidated?

Each position shows its liquidation price beside the entry price. If the mark reaches it, the position closes so the loss cannot exceed the margin you posted.

How does copy trading work?

Pick a trader, set the size you want to mirror with, and accept the terms. Every position they open is copied to your account at that size, and they keep a share of the profit they make you.

What happens when I stop copying?

Nothing is liquidated. Positions already open stay yours — you close them, keep them, or move the allocation to another trader. Only new positions stop being mirrored.

Is there a minimum to copy?

Each trader sets their own minimum copy amount, shown on their card, on their profile and at the top of the copy ticket. It is usually between $50 and $500.

How do I protect my account?

Turn on two-factor authentication from My profile — an authenticator app or emailed codes — and keep the recovery codes somewhere off the device. Withdrawals and API keys ask for a code once it is on.

I did not get my sign-in link.

Accepted Answer

Links expire after 15 minutes and only the newest one works. Check spam, then request a fresh link — the older emails will no longer sign you in.

I lost access to my email.

Accepted Answer

Withdraw your balance first if you can still get in. Then contact support from an address you control, so the account can be moved across.

What is the EVE token for?

Fees, staking and governance. Trading and activity before the token launch earn points, which is what the retroactive distribution is calculated from. The token page has the full allocation and roadmap.

When do Vaults launch?

Not yet. The Vaults page takes an email for the waitlist, and that screen will change the day they open.
